How to challenge a winding up company order
You have been notified of the winding up petition that has been granted against your business by the court. Therefore, what you should do is to get in touch with insolvency experts who will advice you on the right steps to take after you have been served with winding up order from the court. Consider the financial future of the company. If there is a possibility of being able to settle debts and still stay in business, then talk to the creditors before the end of the seven day period.
Have a plan of action of paying them that will be approved by the court which will in turn cause the injunction to be quashed. If however you do not see any possibility, then to some extent you will want to let the business close no matter what part it played in your life. Anyway winding up company orders and such like come with the turf. The worst thing that could happen has already happened because you are out of a job.
